Zazie O. Beetz was born in Berlin on November 21, 1991. Her father, who was a German cabinetmaker who moved in America United States after the Fall of the Berlin Wall in 1990, is her mother who works as a South African American social worker. Jennifer Aniston is also a former student of the same high school. Beetz was a student of French in Skidmore College after graduating LaGuardia. Following graduation from Skidmore College, Beetz immediately began auditioning for roles and was eventually offered in the role of Van in Atlanta. Beetz, who was born in Berlin and grew up with the father of a German American as well as an African American mother in New York, spoke both German and English at home. Zazie grew up in acting and worked in numerous community theaters. Zendaya's Disney Channel Breakout role Zendaya's dance skills have paid off. Her casting was finalized for her breakthrough role as Rocky Blue, along with co-star Bella Thorne, on the famous program Shake It Up. Zendaya's vegetarianism began at the age of 11 after she visited the local slaughterhouse on an outing with her dad. PEOPLE reported that she said: "It seemed awful to me, seeing all of those animals being crammed in the slaughterhouse waiting to die their deaths. "I could not believe that was how I had obtained my food!" She's been eating a mostly vegan diet since then.
